Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading outsource contact centre based in the City Centre of Glasgow. We are looking for enthusiastic, committed Customer Service and Sales Advisors who thrive on delivering excellent customer service and are looking for an opportunity to work within a fast paced environment.

The role will involve working on a key account, handling a high volume of calls - a mixture of inbound and outbound from both existing and new customers, You will be able to spot sales opportunities and generate leads through enquiries.

The right candidate will be a confident communicator, who is passionate about customer service. You could have experience in either contact centre, retail or hospitality, or something completely different. If you have a positive attitude, are keen to learn and enjoy being a team player, we would like to hear from you.

We have various start dates throughout May and June. You must be flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern consisting of 5 over 7 days between 8am - 11pm.

Our client will require you to pass credit and disclosure checks.

You should have at least 6 months customer service experience in a retail or call centre environment.

Staring pay is £6.25 per hour, which will increase to £6.50 after the training period.
