Our client a leading energy company requires a Project Manager for there Bellshill office.

To apply for this role you should meet most of the following criteria:

Have a relevant engineering degree qualified or equivalent experience
Have considerable project management experience with a minimum 5 years in electrical transmission construction projects
Have experience of project risk management and control
Have a knowledge of and experience in the procurement processes
Be experienced in contract management
Have knowledge of financial control/forecasting
Understand the health, safety and environmental legislation applicable to construction projects
Be fully IT literate
Be excellent and dealing with clients, contactors and team members
Have excellent team management skills

Key responsibilities include:
To ensure projects are delivered to specification, programme and within contract price
Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
Managing a multi million pound project portfolio
Leading multi-disciplined project teams to deliver major infrastructure projects
Control the tender processes from a project perspective
Approval of commissioning procedures
Development of the appropriate procurement strategy
To coordinate engineering requirements for the project
