We're working with a highly established retailer operating within the convenience sector and are helping them to recruit a Maintenance/Cleaning Coordinator. Having gone through a recent acquisition, the business is going through some exciting changes in terms of their culture and focus, as well as opening up to 100 stores this year, adding to their already impressive portfolio of nearly 600.
As a Maintenance/Cleaning Coordinator you will be responsible for the back office support function for Maintenance and provide support to the Maintenance Managers and field based teams. Liaising with different teams in a fast paced environment and ensuring the maintenance jobs are resolved quickly. Some of your daily roles may include checking the progress of contractor works, investigating Invoices and maintaining the compliance / property maintenance database.
Ideally our client is looking for someone with management/supervisory skills and experience.
