To deliver high quality teaching in Pharmaceutical Sciences and related areas in the MPharm undergraduate degree course, and to other undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the School. To publish research findings widely in peer-reviewed scientific journals of acknowledged quality and to obtain external research funding, including funding from high quality peer-reviewed sources. To undertake the necessary administrative duties associated with the requirements of the post.MAJOR DUTIES:Research:1.
Development of independent and collaborative research in appropriate aspects of Pharmaceutical Sciences.2. Effective supervision of postgraduate research students to MPhil and PhD level.3. Development of links with relevant research groups, nationally and internationally.4. Publishing of research findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals of acknowledged quality.5.
