Our global oil and gas client, based in Dyce, have a requirement for a Personnel Logistics Coordinator who, under general supervision will be responsible for the organising and daily running of personnel logistics of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personnel Logistics Coordinator to broaden their skill set develop their career in oil and gas support within a dynamic and well heeled company. This position is available on a permanent basis, with a starting salary of £20,000 - £23,000+ per annum dependent on candidate experience.
Main duties to include:
Mobilise staff for specific project related work both on and offshore which will include all pertinent paperwork, i.e. visa’s, survival certs, medicals and training are checked and are in place prior to mobilisation
Liaise with appropriate Travel Provider for flights, accommodation, car hire etc
Liaise with clients and Svc Coordinators to book employees on customer training courses as per their requirements
Book medicals, survival and Halliburton specific training for all personnel
Order PPE and office supplies as necessary
Complete all necessary purchase requisitions on the SAP system and ensure accuracy
Ensuring all personnel files are up-to-date at all times (both hard and electronic versions).
Complete and track all Travel Booking Forms
Compiling and checking expenses for Co-ordinator approval
Updating holiday, medical, survival spreadsheet and ensuring upcoming out-of-date certificates are identified and actioned
Time sheets for all personnel are entered into CATS and checked to ensure accuracy
Completing Bonus Forms for all relevant overseas employees
Arrange all necessary equipment and training for new starts & ensure update of relevant spreadsheets maintained at all times
Compile job packs for offshore
Update all CVs and general admin work
Ideal candidate will have:
Working knowledge of Offshore logistics including travel arrangements, visa processing and Utilisation of personnel
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong organisational skills
