A fantastic international charity are looking to recruit a Head of Funding and Marketing into their senior management team to take charge of their Fundraising and Marketing activity.

The role will include the development of fundraising and marketing strategy and the ability to line manager others in its implementation and upkeep.

Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing fundraising and marketing strategy.
Line management of subordinate staff.
Liaison with colleagues across all levels.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
Demonstrable ample experience in a fundraising and / or marketing department
Experience in line managing others.
Understanding of strategy development.
Exceptional time management and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate across multiple levels of seniority.
