Managing the successful acquisition of new clients and servicing existing clients needs at midterm and renewal. Maintain a high quality service and provide solutions to meet individual demands and needs.

Requirements:

• Experienced Personal Lines Account Handler
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Confident in a client facing role as well as having a pleasant telephone manner
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Cert CII Qualification or keen to work towards
