We are looking for somebody to manage a team to deliver transactional resourcing processes, in order to fulfil vacancy requirements. The successful candidate will liaise with Resourcing Specialists to ensure the interactions between the Resourcing Specialist and Administrator teams are effective and deliver an efficient resourcing service to the business.
Dimensions
- Accountable for the delivery of all transactional resourcing process
- Part of the Transaction Centre reporting into the Transaction Centre Manager with a secondary reporting line to the Resourcing team in the Talent and Development Centre of Expertise
- Manages a team responsible for delivering a cost effective and efficient transactional resourcing service
- Accountable for ensuring best practice processes are adhered to within the Resourcing Administrator team
- Ensure Resourcing processes are being delivered efficiently
- Reduce the levels of agency spend
- Deliver the Resourcing Strategy and annual plan

- Challenge of developing knowledge and capability within the team to enable a proactive resourcing service to the business
- Results driven within the context of a complex business with interdependencies within RWE
- Support and deliver new ways of working in a business and a function undergoing change
- Deal with conflicting workloads and requests effectively from all parts of RWE npower, operation across multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed businesses/legal entities, with multiple sets of terms and conditions of employment
- Manage resources to full utilisation and in line with budget forecast, ensuring flexibility to deliver expected service standards during peak activities
- Previous experience of managing an administration team to high performance standards essential
- Previous experience of managing a Resourcing team to high performance standards desirable
- Experience of working with the Energy and Resources Industry or similar sized organisation desirable
- High levels of influencing capability at all levels coupled with presence and the strength to make an impact with demanding colleagues and internal customers supported by a commercial and professional outlook
- Demonstrates commercial acumen and judgement with experience of working within a demanding, competitive, commercial environment.
- Evidence of balancing business and regulatory requirements with commercial drivers and HR priorities.
- Team player with ability to network effectively up, down, across and beyond the businesses
