Do you have extensive experience of managing clients in the oil and gas industry?
Our client is seeking a strong recruitment/resourcing background within the seismic / geophysical sector to manage global clients and the placement of contract staff and consultants. The selected candidate is more likely to have worked as a Field Engineer with Gas or Oil exploration experience. You will have a talent in selecting consultants to work for an extensive client base.

Job Responsibilities: Managing a division sourcing and placing specialist consultantsSupplying contract Staff & Consultants on projects for oil and gas companies worldwideUnderstand detailed worldwide tenders from clients Identifying leads and preparing and follow up on proposals Recruiting high quality consultants Ensure all foreign permits and taxes are taken care of Preferred Skills: Proven background in recruiting staff within the oil & gas industry (seismic / geophysical sector)Sales management experience highly advantageousManaging clients and interviewing candidateHandling tenders Personal Attributes: Self-starter and stand alonePro-active and used to working to targetsTechnically minded, attention to detail and process drivenAbility to manage own time

Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
