Individual job role requirements will vary in terms of technical skills but all require:
A natural aptitude for understanding technical information A genuine interest in IT and technology Excellent communication skills A positive, ‘can do’ attitude Career focus and self motivation Own transportation would be an added advantage for these roles.

Qualifications required:
Five GCSEs or equivalent at grade A*- C including English and Maths.

Over 12 months you will receive block release training to achieve the following qualifications:
