Developing innovative new products from concept to launch, this role offers diverse challenges, a range of rewarding opportunities and a chance to be responsible for owning your projects from start to finish. Duties include and not limited to: 3D Cad investigations matching new and existing product with manufacturing equipment. Specifiy, schedule, procure & introduce new and modified process for existing & new products. Quality concern investigation, data analysis & development of countermeasures. Plan & manage trials for the introduction of new products into the manufacturing line. Provide technical support to the manufacturing area on daily basis. PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS AN ON GOING CONTRACT WORKING IN SUNDERLAND.
You will be accountable for the specification, scheduling, procurement and introduction of new and modified facilities into existing assembly processed. Collaborating design, manufacturing, purchasing and QA departments and other engineers, you will work cross functionally to deliver key engineering strategies and objectives. Ensuring quality demands are met by organising trails and analysing their results. You must have engineering related degree, familiar with quality orientated, manufacturing environment and committed to quality improvements.
