Our Client, a specialist in their industry, are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager for a permanent job in their Runcorn office.
An opportunity within the business has become available for an experienced Customer Service Manager, who can demonstrate exceptional man management skills to a department of up to 15 Customer Service Representatives and Stock Controllers.
The key responsibilities for this role include; to ensure the team has the right level of commercial focus; develop and motivate the Customer Service Team to ensure optimal performance; manage and process orders through to invoicing; review/manage monthly forecasts with commercial team and to provide SAP system expertise to the colleagues.
The Client is looking for a confident character who will lead by example and demonstrate flexibility in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, have a wealth of staff management experience and posses strong IT skills.
Management experience within the chemical or manufacturing industry, and experience on SAP are essential for this role.
