Multi award winning Maclay Inns are now recruiting a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic Head ChefKitchen Manager to lead and develop our kitchen operation. The Rule is a pub diner serving high quality pub food to a local, tourist and student customer base. Candidates should be friendly and enthusiastic to work alongside our existing kitchen team as well as experienced in producing high quality freshly prepared food. Experience at this level of Kitchen Management in a similar style of establishment would be beneficial. A good understanding of Food Hygiene Legislation and current Food Hygiene Certification is essential. Hours or work are 40-45 hours per week flexibly over 5-7 days.
