Our International Client is looking for an experienced Geotechnical Project Engineer to join their successful Geosciences Team based in West Yorkshire
Geotechnical Project Engineer

The successful candidate will help to create clear and attainable project objectives. The Role will be shore based but you must posses the ability to travel at short notice as required.
You will assist the Project Manager and Team Leaders with all aspects of 'Drilling' related Projects. The purpose of these projects is to gather samples of soil for the seabed to test in the labs. These tests will then confirm the state and 'make up' of the sea bed and its appropriate uses for the Oil, Gas & Renewable Energy Sector.

Applicants will posses excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills, be competent working under pressure and to tight deadlines and enjoy working within a team environment.

A geotechnical related qualification and commercial awareness is preferred, together with previous experience in a similar or related role.

Offshore industry experience is advantageous.
