Excellent opportunity to join a large organisation who are a leading brand and a leader in their field as a Training Manager.

This is a generalist training position where you will provide full cycle training support across the business within a number of locations across Scotland.

You will have responsibility for:
Co-ordination and delivery of programmes to a diverse workforce

Identifying training needs and preparing training plans

Coordinating and sourcing external training providers

Coaching sales staff

Delivery of soft skills, management and sales training courses

Utilising a variety of learning mediums- coaching, classroom & e-learning

You must have previous experience in a training role ideally from a retail or sales environment. You will also be a self starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment. The role will require travel to sites throughout Scotland (car will be provided) so drivers licence is essential.
