role responsibilities will include::
To maintain B2B marketing activity for the company's key service products whilst managing a small team of marketers to deliver appropriate customer communications.
To ensure all appropriate product marketing material (on and offline) is kept up to date and relevant to the features and benefits of the offering.
Writing copy as appropriate for marketing campaigns.
Identify PR opportunities and liaise with the appropriate partners/customers to deliver the case study or release.
To measure and report on marketing activity using appropriate tools, including the CRM system to measure performance to the set marketing plan.
To work with other Marketing Managers to ensure all cross selling areas are maximized in a structured and targeted manner.
To analyse buyer behaviour, use analytical techniques to devise effective segmentation and targeting strategies for new marketing campaigns and support analysis, monitoring and review of marketing activity.
To act as the key liaison between the product managers, the design & fulfilment team and any external supplier where appropriate.
To ensure that an effective contact strategy is in place with dealer customers in order to increase customer satisfaction levels, and deliver product awareness and general product updates.
Who we're looking for
To apply for this Marketing Manager position candidates should be able to demonstrate an established track record in B2B marketing. You will also have:
A Marketing/Business qualification is preferred
Practical marketing experience gained in a business to business environment is essential
An understanding of either the retail services / automotive dealer / automotive / digital / new media sectors
Experience of digital marketing and marketing techniques
