Working as part of a team in a busy production kitchen supporting the Catering Supervisor. This includes the preparation and service of the lunchtime meals to 205 pupils per day and clearing down afterwards. This post also involves setting up of the dinning furniture and exporting of food to 2 other schools in the area.
