£40,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension and healthcare
A highly reputed and successful company is looking for talented HR Manager to join their small but dedicated HR team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director to provide advice on all HR related queries. This is a generalist HR role covering talent management, employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, corporate succession planning, HR auditing, HR metrics as well as ad-hoc HR projects such as being involved with planning and implementing HR systems.
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have proven experience in an HR Manager, Senior HR advisor or similar role. It is essential to have an HR or business related qualification as well as a solid background within an HR generalist environment. Experience of working in a global organisation and planning / implementing HR projects will be required, ideally implementing a new HR management system such as PeopleSoft.
This is a varied role for an established global organisation with plenty of exposure to HR projects. The role is paying a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension and healthcare.
