Junior SAP Support Analyst (Application Support)
The Junior SAP Support Analyst delivers Software Support Services within the SAP Landscape. They support the SAP applications in line with client requirements whilst adhering to ITIL methodology.
Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
Service Delivery
Point of contact for SAP requests
Client liaison for related queries
Responsibility for processing Security & Administration requests for the SAP Landscape
Is familiar with the products being supported
Verifies the priority and severity of support requests
Accurately documents the reported issues and resolutions
Responds to requests in a timely and accurate manner and ensures that Service Level Agreements are met
Ensures high levels of client satisfaction for the products/solutions supported
Continually monitors team tasks and activities to ensure prompt delivery of the highest standard
Maintenance of support knowledge database including creation of scripts
Identifies internal product, documentation and process deficiencies and makes suggestions for continuous improvement
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:-
Daily Task List – Including Monitoring & Reporting Requirements
SAP Service Desk System Monitoring
SAP Password Resets
SAP User Administration
Key Skills:
Experience within SAP ERP, SAP BI, SAP SRM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP XI/PI or SAP Enterprise Portal
