The purpose of this role is to resolves customers concerns, to patrol car parks, deter crime and to implement traffic control measures whilst maintaining the prescribed standards of quality, cleanliness, safety and delivering continuous improvement. Expected Behaviours holder of this role is expected to become a successful member of the team and reach their true potential. To help us measure performance against the grade for this role we have created the NCP Success Factors which highlight the five key areas that cover the kind of behaviours we would like to see from the holder of this role. These range from leadership skills to how you win over the customer. A CRB will be carried out for this position.
