We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join a successful research and development team for a world leading company.

The Software Developer will learn and assist with the development of our existing software which is written in VB6, VB.NET and ASP.NET. The successful candidate will also participate in the development and implementation of new applications and web based software.

Applications are invited from Software Developers who have had experience with:

• Experience in VB.NET and ASP.NET.
• Experience in developing MVC web applications using Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Experience in developing and supporting VB6 applications.
• Experience in developing desktop applications, web based applications and web services using WCF and XML.
• Experience in developing and interfacing to application programming interfaces (APIs).
• Experience with all Windows based operating Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including stored procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues, end customers and other partner company development teams.
• Excellent documentation skills (including code commenting)

Candidates would benefit from having the following skills/experience however these are not essential:

• Experience in C#.
• Experience in Windows Embedded CE 6.
• Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI).
• MySQL Databases.
• Oracle Databases.
• iPhone App Development.
