Job Description

Our clients a leading volume dealer group have an opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their busy dealership in the London Area. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a large successful team and have a proven track record in achieving planned objectives. You will be responsible for: 11 Technicians and 12 non productives within the Service department and 4 staff within the rapid fit department which includes a supervisor and 3 techncians and in the parts department you will be responsible for a parts manager and 3 advisors.

You will have the strength and ability to work unsupervised and experience within commercials and passenger cars is a distinct advantage. In return you will be offered an attractive salary package and bonus scheme, company car, fuel and many more benefits.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a big hitter with a proven track record in managing large successful teams. Customer satisfaction is paramount and a 2nd to none service must be provided at all times. Experience with commercials and passenger cars are a distinct advantage.
