An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join my Sheffield based client to cover maternity. The contract is initially for 6 months but their is the possibility that this will either be extended to 1 year or offered on a permanent basis.
The role will involve liaising with clients via phone, fax and email in order to process quotations on my clients bespoke products and support the external sales team.
The successful applicant will be;
Processing orders
Providing progress reports to clients and the sales team
Seeking opportunities to up sell additional products
Checking and raising invoices
Providing an in depth product knowledge to clients
Arranging logistics throughout the UK
Resolving any complaints that arise
Undertaking administrative tasks
The above is not an exhaustive list so a flexible attitude will be required at all times
It is essential that the potential candidate;
Will be an excellent communicator
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Be highly numerate with great attention to detail
Enjoy solving and preventing issues
Have a good knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
On offer is a starting salary of up to £19,000pa, on site parking, good public transport links and 23 days holiday pro rota.
