Excellent Customer Service Administrator job in Manchester
A large UK distributer of drinks supplying over 5000 products and priding themselves on delivering excellence in price, quality and service and their customer focus. Customer service is vitally important to them and so this role will fit with that value.
The role exists to provide support to account managers and build customer relationships. The successful candidate with have an exceptional customer focus. It will be working 5 days a week, but could include weekends.
Manage daily outgoing call schedule, attached to specific Account Managers areas.
Taking a high volume of incoming calls which will include, Customers weekly orders, customer complaints, queries etc.
Contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveries.
Taking part in promotional drives (own brand and external brands).
To work on gaining new accounts, reporting technical faults on behalf of customer and up selling on certain products.
To ensure high standards of customer services, managing out going call schedule, receiving incoming calls and processing Customers orders.
To have a clear and personable telephone manner.
Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service.
To promote the sale of LWC Drinks own brand products
To retain strong relationships with Account Managers, helping them in acquiring new business and assisting with their administration needs.
Building relationships with weekly telesales customers, being their regular point of contact
The ability to up sell from LWC promotional brochure and on specific promotional drives.
To assist with basic administration tasks within the office
Key Skills Required
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
Good team work skills
Good communication and relationship building skills for internal and external Customers.
Direct Order Input
Key Skills Preferred
Ability to use the trinity system
Knowledge of the Drinks Industry (not essential, but a would be an advantage)
Good product knowledge (not essential, but a would be an advantage)
