Our client, based in Belfast, are seeking an initially part time, temporary Recruitment Administrator, to join their busy organisation.
The role is initially temporary with a view to going permanent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available for immediate interview and/or start.
Duties:
General office administration typing/emailing/dealing with post
Answering calls and allocating to relevant individuals
Uploading and organising CV's on to company system
Administering and monitoring in-house Recruitment system
Creating effective and methodical strategies to affect a smooth, organised system
All other duties as per management and by nature of role itself
Essential criteria:
1-2 years experience in a busy admin role- ideally within a Recruitment/sales environment
5 GCSE's (inc. Maths/English at grade C or above)
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Highly proficient in MS Office Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Salary: £6.50+ per hour
Hours: 9am-1pm
