The focus of this role will be to recruit, train, motivate and develop a team of sales representatives, 80% of the role will be field based. The role will include advertising and recruiting a minimum of 10 representatives a week.

Suitable candidates will have proven managerial and sales experience. Knowledge of the cosmetics industry would be an advantage. A company car will be provided so all applicants must have a full clean drivers licence.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team to hit targets. Communication skills are essential, as is a driven and determined personality.
