Previous experience of working in a recruitment environment and an excellent track record of success are essential. Must be a confident communicator and have the ability to deal with candidates both face to face and over the phone. Must have excellent sales ability and have an eye for talent at all levels. You will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle across multiple businesses from contacting and final placement of candidates.
