Position: Pre Sales Solution Architect - Cisco Security
A Major Cisco Gold Partner and Global Solutions company seeks an experienced Security architect with previous experience in a pre sales role to join their team. Ideal candidates will have Cisco Security product experience as well as some of the following: Nokia, Checkpoint, McAfee, BlueCoat, RSA and Network Intelligence. You will come from a background of delivering solutions to meet Security policies and configuring and customizing security equipment. Desirable qualifications include Cisco CCSP, Checkpoint CCSE or CCSA and RSA Certified Systems engineer. A CISSP accreditation is also highly advantageous.
Manage all pre-sale aspects of solution design for Security opportunities (defining the h/w, s/w and services required to meet customer requirements)
Assist in developing and implementing the strategy for specifically the Managed Security Solutions and associated Security Assessment Services and for the Security portfolio in general
Take ownership for driving the sale of Security solutions with Sales Specialists and Account Managers
Act as pre-sales focus into key partners and manufacturers
Prepare bid and proposal documentation for Security solutions
You must have excellent customer facing skills and extensive experience in a consultative pre sales role, assessing customer needs and designing solutions. You can be based in either London or Hampshire but must be prepared to travel. The right candidate will be rewarded with a generous salary of 70 - 80k base + 10% bonus, and a car allowance of 7.2k
