Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator

The Role

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: 12000 to 20000 depending on skill and experience

As a Sales Administrator / Coordinator you are responsible for all aspects of the sales order process from taking the initial call inputting orders liaising with merchandiser warehouse & distribution team and QC department to meet targets for delivery and to maintain a high level of service for our customers.

Your main roles and responsibilities will include:
Looking after multiple accounts both national retailers and smaller sole traders

Processing orders and ensuring deliveries are made on time

Liaising with field agents to inform of stock leads and visits

Liaising with clients via both phone and email to ensure all requirements are satisfied

Being commercially aware and looking to upsell at every opportunity

Generate and increase business

Attending 2 trade shows per year (Autumn Fair and Spring Fair) 7 day events

The Candidate

The successful candidate for this position will proactive ambitious and driven to succeed. You will either have experience in a sales related role or committed to establish yourself in that industry. Your skills experiences and qualities will include:

Sales experience and confident over the phone to sell products to key accounts generating and increasing business

Excellent administration experience order processing etc.

Use of Sage would be an advantage

Attention to detail and organised

Able to prioritise and coordinate own workload

Any knowledge of the home textile industry is also an advantage

Common sense knowhow get up and go attitude

Pleasant manner and able to build relationships

Team player and an all rounder

Nous able to deal with problems and shoulder responsibility
