Site Manager / Site Agent - Construction - Rail industry

Candidates MUST have a valid PTS and COSS along with ample Rail Site Management experience to apply.

Rate:
£220 to £240 per day

In 3 weeks time - end of July. Initially 3 months work

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent looking to join a Large Civil Engineering company, to work on Rail projects based in South Wales. Our client requires a Site Manager for several footbridge refurbishment and/or construction jobs.

The Role:
As Site Manager / Site Agent you will report into the Contracts Manager and will be responsible for the following;

• Driving the programme
• Management of paperwork and systems (Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments)
• Safety inspections
• Tool box talks
• Meetings with the client & sub-contractors
• Writing daily site diaries and Health & Safety files
• Overall dealing of problems on site and implementing changes.

Candidate Profile

Candidates MUST be from a Rail Construction/Build background and will have extensive Rail experience on projects listed above. You will be motivated by job satisfaction, delivering successful projects and implementing health & safety practices at a senior level.

Only candidates with the following certificates will be considered:

HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering - ideal but not essential
PTS
COSS
