The Resources Division provides the Social Work Service with professional support and advice on issues covering financial monitoring and planning, recruitment and payroll, human resources, administration, information and communication technology, care service contracts, staff development and training, property and estate management, transport, emergency planning/response and health and safety.
You will provide office facilities and services for busy social work teams, prepare correspondence, operate a variety of computer systems and maintain records and files.
You will support the reception and other office tasks, including minute taking as required.
Previous office experience and knowledge of all office procedures including Microsoft Office are essential together with 4 Standard Grades or equivalent including English.
The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and have good communication skills are also essential requirements.
