A Business Analyst is required for a major migration programme within a Tier 1 UK Banking group to Lead the review and update of all impacted finance processes. Key responsibilities will include:
Complete a review of all existing processes. Ensure full documentation is produced to support a process inventory Conduct an impact assessment for those processes for all changes arising from the Migrations project Determine changes required to processes, financial controls and reports for those impacted. Agree those changes with existing line management and SME's Ensure full testing of processes through all phases of testing ie BAT, UAT, Proving Cycles, Dress Rehearsals and Live Events Manage the implementation of changes, including necessary training, and stakeholder management, including SOX, Internal Audit and External Audit

The successful candidate
A solid business focused Business Analyst with experience of working on IT projects Financial services experience would be highly desirable along with experience of mortgages Candidate must possess an accountancy qualification Process mapping experience Data migration experience
