One of the biggest players in the region is currently seeking a Clinical Negligence NQ + or Junior solicitor to join the team.

The south coast Clinical Negligence team at this firm, is graded in Top in both Chambers and Legal 500, with a number of individuals who are acknowledged as being "leaders in their field".

The team is looking to expand its capabilities and to this end is looking to recruit a high achieving junior solicitor with a particular enthusiasm for this specialised area of work. Joining them means you will have exposure to a wide range of high quality work and development opportunities that are hard to match.

Your current exposure to clinical negligence work will have been at a good quality firm, as a trainee or relatively newly qualified solicitor. You may have been involved in direct client interviewing, drafting of court documents and instructions to experts and Counsel and advocacy at preliminary hearings such as CMCs. You will be expected to assist the senior members of the team with some of their more complex cases as well as building your own caseload.
