An experienced Facilities supervisor is required to join a professional team within Estates & Property Services at Robert Gordon University to ensure a high quality of service is delivered to meet the needs of all customers in terms of quantity, quality, service and cost. You must have Recognised qualification in a Facilities management or Facilities related professional or service related area. Relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. Awareness and proven track record in the provision of a leading edge customer focused business. Experience in the coordination and supervision of multi disciplinary facilities related projects ensuring works are completed to program and budget. Awareness of issues related to work in the Higher Education sector. Driving Licence essential.
