From time to time may be called upon to visit a customers site to support, service or diagnose faults within a machine. Support for other departments both your employer and on-site may be required. Occasionally hands on assistance will be required during the build, development and commissioning phases of projects. You may be asked to contribute to the management of the projects that you are involved in. Occasionally you will be asked to provide technical assistance to the sales department both in the preparation of quotations and discussions with clients. From time to time you may be asked to perform other duties. A flexible approach will be expected in tackling any requirement that should arise. Some off site visits may incur an overnight stay very rarely, you will be reimburse your expenses. Wheatcroft Sims operates as an employment agency.
