A leading international business based in the Cambridge area is currently looking for a Senior Management Accountant to become a key member of the Management Accounts team responsible for the preparation of monthly information/analysis for cost centre managers

Responsibilities;

• Production of monthly management accounts and full ownership of balance sheet and associated reconciliations
• Supporting the Head of Finance with preparation of the yearly forecast and monthly forecasting whilst identifying and implementing improvement to current processes
• Prepare and distribute weekly sales reporting to key stakeholders within the business
• Responsible for the Marketing and Merchandising central cost centres including accounting for the numerous monthly, quarterly and annual publications
• Calculation of accurate accruals/prepayments and supporting analysis/reconciliation of costs.
• Any ad hoc project work as requested

The idea candidate;

• Fully Qualified Accountant or Qualified By Experience
• Good communication skills are key with the ability to liaise with senior management both finance and non finance
