Alexander Mann Solutions is currently recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join our Emerging Talent team and take responsibility for managing our Graduate Solution on-site at Microsoft in Reading.
As a Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will form the frontline with our client Microsoft and be the heart of ours and their business. An Expert in resourcing, you will take ownership for the operational success, leading and inspiring the recruitment teams that deliver for the client every day, taking responsibility for their performance, development and optimisation. Defining the targets and budget, you are ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of their graduate solution on site. You are always on the look-out for new opportunities, to develop our solution, complement our current offering with new services and achieve excellence.
Inspired? From a Graduate Recruitment Manager we would expect:
- Previous graduate recruitment experience
- Deep graduate market insight and knowledge of global local recruitment practices and employment market trends
- A proven track-record managing a team and of presenting to senior client stakeholders
- Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes – such as decreased time to hire and increased quality of hire
- Experience of senior recruitment or search functions in an agency or in-house recruitment centre
Where will you fit in as a Graduate Recruitment Manager?
- Assisting the Principal Client Services Manager with the formulation and continual review of SLAs and KPIs
- Delivering graduate campaigns from multiple geographical sites (UK/Poland/Manila)
- Managing and developing your team of resource specialists to deliver to hiring managers, client stakeholders, candidates and suppliers – understanding that AMS’s people are a key market differentiator
- Building effective communication channels between clients’ hiring managers and the Client Services team
- Working closely with Resourcing Communications to deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies
