My client is looking for a qualified Building Surveyor to act as an Asset Manager for its large housing stock.
The purpose of the role is for the Building Surveyor to manage asset management functions including commercial premises, management and interpretation of leases, acquisitions and disposals, boundary issues and licences ensuring that these are delivered to an excellent standard with the effective engagement of residents, tenants, local communities and key stakeholders.

Key skills:
Relevant professional qualification - RICS / CIOB / MCIH Excellent understanding of the housing, property and construction business Fully IT literate Experience of management of assets and developing practices in order to improve and maintain same Experience of managing others in order to deliver quality and professional results Knowledge and understanding of Asset Management strategies A full job spec is available.
