The role pays an attractive salary of 10.00 per hour and hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

We are looking for a proactive individual with good administrative skills to work within a Banking Environment. The job will involve some of the following:-
Provide solid administration support which will include managing bookings and various logistical requirements
Manage and maintain action logs for the Programme to ensure continued focus on required actions and chase down progress where needed.
Work proactively and with minimum direction
Work collaboratively with the programme leads and relevant project managers to gather progress updates
Influencing / networking - developing internal and external business relationships and
using own knowledge, skills and experience to influence others opinions and actions.
Professional communications - making oneself understood, sharing information,
listening to and encouraging others to get involved
Multi- task and flawlessly execute at speed.
Proficient user of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
