The successful candidate for this role can expect to regularly be liaising with private enquires and building rapports with existing and potential new clients on behalf of the company. You will be the first point of contact with all new clients and the focus will be upon converting potential clients into existing customers. Candidates can expect the role to include but not to be limited to:
Managing incoming enquires
Setting up new accounts
Providing high levels of customer service and ensuring each customer is fully satisfied
Sourcing potential new leads, using a variety of different mediums
Various ad hoc tasks, including aiding the brokers when required. Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidates for this role will thrive in a bustling working environment and be looking to hit the ground running when entering into their new capacity. Candidates will be expected to have:
A solid degree qualification from university
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous customer service/sales based experience
A keen eye for detail combined with stellar organisational abilities
Stellar knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
