The Position

12 month fixed term contract, w

orking 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join our team. The Recruitment Manager will take ownership of the successful recruitment, retention, development and administration of all staff for this prestigious contract. This role requires a commitment to employee welfare and the adherence to employment law at all times.

Key responsibilities will include:
Taking ownership of the successful recruitment and retention of staff within the contract

Ensuring that the appropriate quantity and highest calibre of staff are provided at all times

Support on the recruitment and selection of any new recruitment personnel appointments and complete a detailed induction to set them up to succeed

Ensure that all staff are booked, re-confirmed, checked in, accounted for and allocated to specific areas for each function or event

Managing the variable payroll to achieve financial targets set whilst meeting the operational needs of the business

Ensure that staff are always well presented with reference to personal deportment, dress and etiquette

Undertake any reasonable project as requested by the Human Resources Manager to grow and improve the business

Be aware of and adhere to legal and company regulations relating to the following areas: HSE / Food Hygiene / Fire Regulations

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience within a similar recruitment or large scale recruitment role

Knowledge of employment law

Motivated by a passion for quality and great service

Excellent interpersonal, administration and organisational skills

Self-motivation and the ability to work in a pressurised environment

A "can-do" attitude

Excellent computer skills
