In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of meals for residents and staff. Basic cooking and cleaning skills are essential along with a basic food hygiene certificate. Previous experience of basic food preparation or experience of working with people is desirable but your respect for older people and a willingness to undertake a QCF level 2 or equivalent is more important.
