Chronic Disease Management Community Dietitian – Band 6
Salary Scale : £25,528 - £34,189 per annum
A vacancy has arisen for a dietitian to join our proactive community dietetic team in Dundee based at Ardler Clinic, Dundee. The post offers the opportunity to provide a clinical service to adults within Dundee requiring chronic disease management in conjunction with multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams in various settings - e.g. clinics, domiciliary visits.
There will be involvement in our student clinical placement programme, also opportunities to participate in other teaching and learning programmes. The person will be an active member of the Tayside Nutrition Network, with involvement in developing and implementing standards of best practice.
You must have good communication and inter-personal skills. You will join our supportive busy department, which provides good opportunities for personal and professional development.
