The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years duty management experience in a high volume bar and food operation. Excel in delivering great hospitality to our customers. Be a great team leader, manager and motivator. Be able to demonstrate a track record of implementing successful marketing/advertising strategies. Have knowledge of the local area, the key competitors and the student social and society scene. Be capable of taking full P+L Account responsibility in the General Managers absence. A supportive environment and a competitive salary are available to the right candidate.
