Nisai Virtual Academy (www. nisai .com) is a dynamic, visiona ry, profitable, privately owned company specialising in live online tuition solutions to the UK education sector .

To enhance our national sales team , we are recruiting Sales Representatives with strong and proven sales experience. These positions will be responsible for acquiring and managing their own customer base to drive sales growth in line with personal and company targets.

If you are an over achiever with proven solution sales experience who thrives on success and developing opportunities in new markets , we want to speak with you.

To be considered, the better candidates will be:

• Experienced in solution sales and have a demonstrable successful track record.
• Energetic team players with exceptional organis ational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Highly professional, self-motivated sales person.
• Drive and determination to seek sales through telephone and email prospecting.
• Fundamental selling and negotiation/closing skills.
• Prior experience in solution selling to the education sector or similar .
• Solid understanding of forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience with CRM applications to successfully manage leads, opportunities and a ccounts.
• Comfortable with IT applications

Qualifications:
Successful candidates must have at least 10 years successful sales experience

• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and leverage appropriately.
• Demonstrable ability to prospect by telephone, email and referral.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales process, including negotiating sales opportunities to closure.
• Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development.
• CRM experience
• Degree qualifications or similar.
• CRB Clearance

Compensation:

• The overall compensation package is designed for top performing, experienced sales professionals and includes a market competitive package comprised of monthly base salary , commission and travel allowance.

Criminal Record Bureau

All successful candidates will require an enhanced CRB check prior to commencing work.
