We are looking for a Recruitment Sales Manager to join our Commercial branch, based in Reading Town Centre on a full time maternity cover basis. In return you will receive a basic salary plus commission, company car and parking and 20 days leave plus bank holiday.
There will be a strong emphasis of sales in this role; you will be responsible for business development and networking and will have a personal target for permanent placements. You will be asked to develop a new client base through a proactive sales approach.
This varied role will also include managing a successful and existing team of 2 temporary consultants, 1 permanent consultant and 1 branch/payroll administrator. You will be responsible for maximising sales and gross profit through effective daily management of this team.
To be successful in this role you will have previous Recruitment and Management experience; you will have a strong understanding of both the temporary and permanent sides of the business, previously being a Billing or Branch Manager. You will have a strong and tenacious personality and be able to thrive in a sales/recruitment environment.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic plus uncapped commission
