Will be working with experienced personnel carry out the overall objectives, for each department, as detailed in the training log book, maintain and update the training record/activity sheet contained in the training log book, initiate and maintain a daily log of experience gained and keep this in the relevant section of the log book, attend external training college course and achieve NC in Electrical Engineering, As requested, meet with Design Manager, and review progress, At the end of the first two years meet with relevant personnel and make decision regarding which discipline best suits the trainee and company GCSE's in Maths, English and Physics. Direct school leavers will enter a four year training plan .
