Agile Resourcing have an excellent opportunity in Dundee with our professional services client to work within a small, close nit team as a Systems Development Analyst.
Working closely with the IT Director, you will share responsibility for suggesting and providing improvements and enhancements to the systems and applications currently used where required, overseeing the implementation of these developments and offering training and support to end-users and as when required.
You will be expected to analysis and develop the core applications and manage the implementation phases of these providing appropriate documentation for all changes made as well as reports, extracts, MI as required by the business and information regarding systems design and configuration.
You will have at least 1 years experience working on the delivery of software projects and supporting implementations thereafter. We are not looking for a technical expert but someone with experience in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript or equivalent.
You will have excellent verbal and written communications skills with excellent interpersonal and engaging skills, comfortable working with people of a senior nature and tutoring them in the applications, etc.
Salaries of £25,000 - £30,000 will be considered and also on offer is a contributory pension, 32 days inclusive holidays, private health care and child care vouchers (if applicable). Working hours are Monday to Friday with 33.75 hours expected
