They are currently recruiting top graduates to join their City based Graduate Training Academy. With a first class, City starting salary of £32,500, they are very clear on what they want.

Their City Brokers are trained to be top of their game and with an OTE of £108,333 (uncapped) successful candidates will be trained to achieve this having completed 12 months at the Academy.

They will be able to deliver 100% on promises and be encouraged to inspect everything they themselves expect from managers, colleagues, suppliers and clients. They will be naturally introspective and have a real desire to grow and learn.

Industry leading training will be provided and successful candidates will take professional, post graduate qualifications leading to FSA permissions, within the first 3 months. Importantly, they will become one of the highest earners within the industry.

Key Requirements:

• 1st Class / Upper Second Class Degree -Actual or Expected
• Winning Positive Attitude, Financially Driven, Focused and Determined
• Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
• Ability to follow systems, multi-task and work under pressure providing a full and detailed, objective audit trail
