Due to low staff turnover we rarely have vacancies, however, we do have an opening for a Recruitment Consultant in the General Insurance team of our Manchester City Centre office. We are a small team offering a big opportunity. Whilst we are not an aggressive sales organisation we are looking for candidates who can deliver results in a sales environment. Unlike many positions within the recruitment industry you will be given, from day one, an established client and candidate portfolio from which you will be able to start generating business immediately. You will be working towards achieving individual, team and branch targets.

We are looking for someone from within the insurance industry who is looking for a new challenge and career direction. The ideal candidate will have a new business, sales or a trading background and be motivated by the opportunity of being rewarded by a generous basic salary and personal commission, office commission and quarterly bonus payment based upon individual sales. A very achievable year one OTE will be in the region of £28,000 - £30,000 with the uncapped potential to earn more.

I am keen to hear from Commercial Brokers or Commercial Underwriters who are looking to take a new direction and challenge. Remember a sales, new business or trading background combined with enthusiasm, self motivation and drive is absolutely essential..

Own transport or good access to the train network is essential as you will be required to visit our Leeds office at least twice a week
